QC Manager:
Specific Duties Include:
- Manage the Quality Control operation at
factory site
- Develop Quality Control activities and
program for improved quality awareness
- Documentation control of all incoming
and inspection reports
- Perform analysis on all incoming defects
and process DCO closed loop corrective
actions
- Develop weekly / monthly IQC metrics for
management reporting tools;
- Complete of First Article Inspections of
new parts and modified parts
- Insure all incoming materials are
properly inspected through the IQC process
- Insure accuracy of all incoming
materials to drawing and spec sheet is
correct
- Create IQC templates, controls and
standards for inspected materials
- Provide reports to management and
suppliers alike showing trend data and
continuous improvement activities
This qualified candidate will:
- The successful candidate will have 3-8
years experience in quality control
activities, performing materials analysis
with a good fundamental background in
mechanical products and Quality Control.
- This position requires 5-8 years
experience with BS in Quality Engineering or
related discipline desired, but not a
requirement.
- We are looking for an energetic person,
significant contributor with good quality
disciplines, diligent who will take over and
implement control of inspection on
materials, products and services for the
Company.
- Interface with the contract manufacturer
quality departments and suppliers on quality
related issues; and manage the receiving
inspection activities.
- Experience in vendor audits is desired.
